Dates: April 12th & 13th, or May 3rd & 4th
In this Beginner Level class, Reiki I and II are taught together in a two-day format.
Covered Topics:
What Reiki is, how it works, and what can be treated
Reiki history and principles
Trauma-informed hand positions for treating yourself and others
Japanese Reiki techniques
How to give Reiki to others in a chair
Three Reiki symbols for enhancing Reiki practice, including their activation in your energy field for use. The symbols assist in:
Expanding Reiki energy
Opening up your intuition
Healing negative mental habits and addictions
Sending healing to past, present, and future traumas and events
How to incorporate the symbols into Reiki treatments for yourself and others
How to conduct a full Reiki session on yourself and others following a trauma-informed approach
The CRA Code of Ethics and Standard Practices, as well as membership requirements
Practice time to both give and receive Reiki and exchange feedback with students
Two deeply healing meditation experiences, each unique to you
Two deeply healing Reiki Placements (Attunements) to download Reiki energy and symbols
Liz's personal experiences and stories, with the opportunity to have all your questions answered
Post-class support, including 2 Reiki Shares (in-person & online). Subsequent participation in Reiki Shares is by donation

Pre-requisite: Reiki Level I, any style/lineage. Proof of certification is required upon registration.
Dates: April 13th or May 4th
Time: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
While I teach Reiki Levels I & II together, I am open to teaching students who have learned a different style/lineage of Reiki Level I or Usui/Holy Fire® III from another teacher. I will familiarize you with my approach and the techniques used in Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki.
The class will cover:
Two deeply healing meditation experiences, each unique and tailored just for you
Three Reiki symbols for enhancing Reiki practice, which are taught and activated in your energy system. These symbols assist in:
Expanding Reiki energy

A Few Notes About Reiki Classes
All Reiki classes are offered at various times throughout the year. Please check the calendar for dates.
Reiki classes are held on selected weekends with 2–10 minute breaks and a 45-minute lunch break midday.
All adult in-person Reiki classes meet the Canadian Reiki Association standards.
Private Vancouver Reiki Studio
My in-person classes are held in my peaceful Vancouver Reiki studio.
Online classes with a maximum of 12 students will be coming soon!
My teaching style is student-centered; I empower students to take charge of their learning and inspire confidence in their abilities. Each student is provided with continuing education support through monthly Reiki Shares and Zoom Reiki support groups.
