The Catalyzing Power of Holy Fire® Reiki

In November 2022, I began my Holy Fire Reiki® journey. Since learning this style of Reiki, practicing and teaching it, I have undergone an incredible transformation.

Holy Fire® Reiki to me, has been the catalyst for my growth. A catalyst is something that precipitates change. This term is often used to describe a substance that speeds up a chemical reaction, or lowers the temperature or pressure needed to start one. But I’m using the term here to refer to Holy Fire® Reiki as a catalyst in itself. This style of Reiki has precipitated remarkable changes in my life. Since first experiencing a Holy Fire® Reiki session, I not only felt like I was being wrapped up and held by a nurturing energy, but I also felt an amazing sense of oneness with all beings, the Earth, and with Source. This, and many other experiences have emerged, and continue to evolve, as I work with Holy Fire® energy.

A few Words on Holy Fire® Reiki

What is Holy Fire® Reiki? This is a method of Reiki that draws energy from the Holy Fire. Some believe that the Holy Fire® is an energy that has been present on Earth since the beginning of time. This energy is a gift to humans from Spirit.

The word “holy” within this context isn’t a religious term, but simply refers to a sense of “wholeness” and “completeness.” People who have experienced this system of Reiki healing have often reported being filled with feelings of “wholeness” or feelings of unconditional love.

Holy Fire® Reiki evolved from traditional Usui Reiki, and takes this energy to the next level. Mikao Usui (the Founder of Usui Reiki) said that his style was by no means definitive, and could indeed be further expanded.

Holy Fire® energy was passed to humans from Source, and was intended to be a catalyst of our healing and ascension. Oftentimes during Reiki sessions, my clients say they see bright lights, or even flames behind closed eyes. This flame imagery comes up a lot in Holy Fire® Reiki. But the flames aren’t meant to burn, but rather, create healing, purification, guidance, protection, and empowerment.

The Brothers and Sisters of the Light, a combined force of all illuminated beings, are reaching out to humans to help us shift into a new consciousness. The Brothers and Sisters have taken on human form to connect with those who are receptive to their energies. We live in trying times – there is so much systemic turmoil and toxicity on the Earth, and in personal relationships – that we need a positive paradigm shift. Thankfully, Spirit has facilitated a system whereby many incarnated souls on Earth are embodying higher vibrations in order to deal with the new modern challenges in the Aquarian Age.

Reiki practitioners are amongst these souls who have agreed to participate in this energetic shift.. We hold limitless capacity to spread love and healing, to those we work with, and to the Earth as a whole. Holy Fire® Reiki has evolved to assist us in this important mission.

Just to clarify, I am not suggesting that Holy Fire® Reiki is the “best” or “only” legitimate form of Reiki. I think as practitioners, we need to find out what system resonates best for us. I actually began my Reiki Journey as an Usui Reiki Master, but felt as though something was missing. Then Holy Fire® Reiki discovered me! Since I began learning, practicing, and teaching this system, I have begun a process of shedding old, negative beliefs that have been with me since childhood. I have let go of unhealthy patterns of relating to others, and have let go of attachments of the mind, and deep trauma, so that my Authentic Self can shine through.

Holy Fire® Reiki’s catalytic qualities are transmitted to clients in each Reiki session. Many clients report the presence of cleansing flames and warmth, along with a sense of deep and unconditional love. They sense the presence of ancestors, and Illumined Beings, in addition to being transported to another space and time. Virtually all feel a sense of “lightness” as though dark matter has been lifted off or melted away, leaving them with a “pepperminty” feeling. Clients have also expressed surprise at how long the effects of a Holy Fire® Reiki session can last – sometimes up to a month. Many of my clients have been grateful for the resolution of difficult patterns or problems.

Since Holy Fire® Reiki is self-developing, and continually evolves to meet the needs of the client as well as the practitioner, my practice also continually evolves with the loving guidance of Holy Fire® Reiki. What things have happened in my practice to date?

Holy Fire® Flames

The imagery of flames occurs in my Holy Fire® Sessions, usually as glitter, or sparks, igniting deep healing with my clients. The flames also move like a river, or waterfall, down along the client’s spine, cleansing and removing blockages. These flames have also been described as cooling, refreshing and “pepperminty.”

A Highly Effective Healing System

The Holy Fire energies work quickly, and don’t require that much direction from the practitioner. In my experience, Holy Fire energy works even before the client arrives, and heals in a shorter time than a traditional Usui Reiki session.

Directed by the Holy Fire® with Personal Guidance

A remarkable thing I noticed when I first started practicing Holy Fire® Reiki was that the Holy Fire® energy directed each and every Reiki session. That is, I was told what my client needed, and how to carry out the session. I often receive specific messages designed to guide each client. For example, one of my clients was instructed by the Holy Fire® to eliminate gluten from her diet to improve her health. I had no knowledge that she struggled with gluten, and that she was considering cutting it out. These messages come from client’s departed relatives, or Illuminated Beings. Archangels often pop into the sessions with words of wisdom, in addition to my guides, who relay the messages.

During my sessions with clients, I was also introduced to new techniques that I did not have prior knowledge of, and how to carry them out. Additionally, I was told when to do each technique, and for how long. I have learned to hold space for the Holy Fire® to do the healing. I also receive personal messages as well, during Self-Reiki sessions, which I always find illuminating and comforting.

A Deeper Sense of Oneness

After my very first Holy Fire® Reiki session, I felt a definite sense that I was no longer alone on this planet. A sense of collective consciousness washed over me, and has strengthened my sense of compassion, interconnectedness, and deeper understanding of all sentient beings.

Seeing the Truth

Although most of us are aware that life on Earth is a training ground for our souls, it is easy to get caught up in the daily dramas and chores that challenge us. Holy Fire® Reiki has elevated my perception of the 3D world by surrounding my aura with an ever-present Love that won’t quit, even on the bad days. It lets me see the Truth in every situation through the eyes of unconditional Love and understanding.

Ever Changing Spirit Guides

One of the first things I learned as a Holy Fire® Reiki Master, was to let go of my guides, just temporarily, to be guided by the Holy Fire®. Upon letting them go, I realized that I had outgrown my guides, and was directed to new ones who would help me with my current challenges.

I also learned that guides are like teachers in grade school. Once you complete each grade, you receive a new teacher to guide you until you’ve mastered the skills required of you. Changing guides helps to support your spiritual evolution.

The Elimination of Unhealthy Habits

Holy Fire® Reiki has an uncanny way of knowing the obstacles hindering your growth, and gently reminds you. But it is your prerogative to make those changes. Once you consent to the changes, the Holy Fire® will offer you new opportunities by placing in your path, people, and  resources to assist with your healing. I experienced this when I became painfully aware of a very old behavioural pattern. I was presented with the same situation repeatedly. I cried and cried before letting it go. But after I did, I felt much better, and became acutely aware of another way to be in my relationships. It was a pivotal moment, and I am truly grateful that I took a leap of faith and let go!

Detachment with Love

Holy Fire® Reiki continues to give me valuable insights about my life and karmic patterns in such a way that I can view myself in a detached way – without woe or self-criticism. This has allowed me to embrace my shadow self with acceptance, which has helped me to feel more connected to myself, and happy. While I do not proclaim to be perfect, I do, however, feel as though I am making good progress towards reaching wholeness and self-understanding.

The Holy Fire® continues to guide me through this journey of life, filling me with a sense of gratitude, courage and faith in the face of challenges. It has empowered me to be real, and to stand up for what is right, one day at a time.
