Studio Etiquette & Policies
Payment Policy
All service payments are due before or on the day of service. For Reiki classes, deposits are required on the day of registration. The class balance is due 24 hours before the start of the class. Please make payments via e-transfer to: catalyst.healing.reiki@gmail.com
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for any services provided. For Reiki classes, if you are unable to attend the class you signed up for, you will not receive a refund. However, you may attend the next available class.
Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
Our time together is important to both of us. Out of respect for my time as well as the time of others who may be waiting for an appointment, I ask that cancellations be made no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Missed appointments and cancellations less than 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged a $60 fee.
Late Policy
Clients are expected to arrive for their appointments on time. In the case of a late arrival, we will need to shorten the session time accordingly, and the remainder of your time will be used to its best advantage. The session will end at the time scheduled so that I can be prompt for upcoming clients.
