Catalyst Healing offers a variety of services at different price points. We offer both in-person and distance healing services, as well as Full Moon Meditation Events, and Reiki Training. Our prices are based on the type of service, and we offer discounts at various times throughout the year.

Reiki Healing Rates For Adults
*Please note that long term imbalances in the body and mind often require multiple Reiki sessions to heal. Therefore, I highly recommend booking a series of 3 sessions 1x week for 3 consecutive weeks and then re-assess how you feel.
Adult Sessions:

Are you pressed for time? Want to receive chakra balancing and Intuitive feedback all within 60 minutes? Then this session is perfect for you! A Reiki session with Liz will melt away your stresses and pain and bring deep healing. The session will bring you a profound sense of relief and positivity.
Includes a 10 minute pre-Reiki discussion, followed by 40 minutes of Reiki, and concludes with a 10 minute post-Reiki discussion with intuitive guidance.

60 min Distance Reiki Session

Perhaps a condition is preventing you from traveling to your Reiki appointment? Or maybe you desire healing from the convenience and comfort of your own home? Then a Distance Reiki Healing Session is perfect for you! A distance Reiki session with Liz will provide deep release from any physical and emotional tension, and leave you with a sense of feeling safe, cared for, and loved.
Includes a 10 minute pre-Reiki discussion, 50 minutes of Reiki and a 10 minute post-Reiki discussion with intuitive guidance.

90 min Holding Space Reiki Session
$150 CA

Are you looking for a bit more connection? In this session, you’re invited to share your story, or talk about whatever is on your mind. Liz provides a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and confidential space for you to be heard. This will be followed by a 60 min restorative Reiki session and a 10 min post-Reiki discussion with intuitive guidance. A Reiki session with Liz will melt away your stresses and pain and bring deep healing. The session will bring you a profound sense of relief and positivity
The cord cutting session includes:
- Creating a safe space with Reiki energy and your spirit guides
- Understanding the energy connection with this other person
- Tapping into forgiveness and gratitude
- Calling back your own life force energy
- Using Holy Fire energy and your own energy to release the other person with love and light.
- Integrating and re-balancing your energy system
Note: It’s important that you go into your cord cutting with a calm, clear mind. This is not the space to bring anger or resentment. You will be instructed on ways you can release these heavy feelings prior to your cord cutting session.
* Remember that cord-cutting is NOT a space for cursing or hexing another person. This is an act of love for yourself first, and an alignment to the flow of Divine energy which is for the highest good of all.
* Yes, you CAN cut cords with someone even if you still want them in your life! This is just like getting a clean slate and releasing old dynamics. This is especially useful for parents, siblings, and family members, as well as exes that you wish to remain friends with or need to co-parent with.

Anytime we connect with someone in thought or with emotions, there is an energy exchange that happens, and this exchange is called an energy cord. It’s natural and normal, especially when you care about someone.
However, in some cases, these cords can drain our energy or contribute to a cycle of codependency. This can hold us back from living our fullest, most empowered lives.
Cutting energetic connections is an essential part of energy hygiene, and highly recommended, especially if you’re struggling to let go. You may still have feelings of resentment over an ex, or want to change the dynamic with a parent, sibling, or friend. Maybe you’ve concluded that a particular relationship is toxic for you and wish to let it go completely. Then a cord cutting session is for you! Liz requests that you do some journaling prior to the session.

Reiki Healing Rates For Pets
Animal Reiki Session
- 60 minutes in-person
- 45 minutes online
Is your pet in pain? Reiki can help your animal both physically and emotionally. Reiki can also help with difficult end of life decisions and peaceful transitions.
You have a choice of an in-person session (at your place) or online. Additional travel charges may apply. This means further than East Vancouver, and may include: the Westside of Vancouver, Richmond, North and West Vancouver, and Burnaby may apply: please ask. The online option would be feasible if you’re far away.
Full Moon Meditation
$33 CA
- 90 minutes in-person
- Includes refreshments
Includes a 20-minute Reiki-infused meditation scheduled around the time of the full moon. The meditation will take place outdoors during the spring, summer, and fall months, weather permitting. The meditation will be followed by herbal tea and fair trade chocolate to ground your energy.

Refund Policy
Aggressive Pet Policy
I do not work directly with aggressive or overly nervous animals. I reserve the right to refuse to offer Reiki Healing to any animal for any reason, especially if I believe they may become aggressive toward me. If I feel my safety may be compromised (based on my sole discretion) the session will be ended immediately and the remainder of the session will be performed at a distance at a later time. Also, if I feel that the animal does not consent to my presence, then I will offer the session on another day via distance healing.
Payment Policy
All Reiki Session and Meditation payments are due on the day of service. Deposits for Reiki classes are due on the day of registration. The class balance is due 24 hours before the start of the class. Please make your payment via etransfer to: catalyst.healing.reiki@
Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
Our time together is important to both of us. Out of respect for my time as well as the time of others who may be waiting for an appointment, I ask that cancellations be made no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Missed appointments and cancellations less than 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged a $60 fee.
Late Policy
Clients are expected to arrive for their appointments on time. In the case of a late arrival, we will need to shorten the session time accordingly, and the remainder of your time will be used to its best advantage. The session will end at the time scheduled so that I can be prompt for upcoming clients.
