The Root Chakra is located at the base of the spine, and controls your sense of safety and security. Imbalances in this chakra can manifest as addictions, eating disorders, bone/skeletal disorders, autoimmune disorders, spinal issues, low back pain, intestinal irregularity, and a general disconnectedness from the body.
